Gut

Health

Gut & hormone health are linked, as one becomes imbalance so does the other! In the final weeks we’ll focus on gut friendly foods and routines to reduce inflammation.

  • This course is self-paced, you can go as fast or slow as you’d like. But it’s meant to be 1 module per week for 6 weeks. Each module will have an action plan you tailor to your life, helping you realistically decide the 3 key action steps you can implement to get you REAL results, without feeling overwhelmed. 

  • As part of this course you’ll be provided with a nutrition consultation so that the program is specific to your symptoms.

  • You can add on 1:1 coaching, training or both! We can discuss any additional needs during your consultation.
