Hey, I’m Laura Dotson
I’m the founder of Lively X Kitchen, based in Dallas, Texas, and Lively X Studio, located in Palo Alto, California. I started my studio to create a space where women can become the strongest version of themselves — to train with intention, fuel their bodies, and live stronger every day.
Before launching my brand, I was the Director of Coaching & Behavioral Science at Pivot, leading the development of digital health interventions and scalable coaching systems. I’ve advised top-performing Silicon Valley teams to leading high-impact wellness experiences.
I bring a unique blend of athleticism, strategy, and hands-on coaching experience as a former NFL cheerleader, NASM personal trainer, and nutritionist working with the Google Food Team, Department of Defense & Culinary Institute of America. Each step of my journey — from performing in arenas to coaching, consulting, and building business — has shaped my approach to helping women train stronger, fuel smarter, and feel powerful in their bodies.
