Laura is a small business owner & educator around movement & nutrition. She’s the founder of Lively X Studio LLC, a women-centered fitness space in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, California & Lively X Kitchen LLC, a digital wellness platform designed to empower women through intentional eating, smart strength training, & habit-based coaching!

Armed with two master’s degrees (because one just wasn’t enough), Laura has built her career as a nationally certified nutritionist & personal trainer, known for her science-backed, results-driven programs. From advising top-performing Silicon Valley teams to leading high-impact wellness experiences, she brings a rare blend of intellect, real-world expertise & energetic coaching.

A former NFL professional cheerleader turned behavior change strategist, Laura blends athleticism with empathy. Before launching Lively X, she served as Director of Coaching & Behavioral Science at Pivot, where she led the development of digital health interventions & scalable coaching systems.

Her coaching style bridges the gap between education & action— helping women fuel with intention, move with strength, & feel confident in their bodies for life!
