We meet weekly for 30 min to discuss your progress and make strategic adjustments to your plan. No guessing. No random changes. Everything is intentional. We work through emotional eating triggers, all-or-nothing thinking, busy schedule barriers & self-trust. You leave each session with a clear focused goal for the week, specific actions to implement and clarity and confidence in your plan.
You’ll have custom macros & access to Lively Recipes to support your weight loss goals.
