With over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition & behavior change coaching, Laura’s mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident & in control of their health — both in & out of the gym!

Through her private coaching & programs, Laura specializes in functional nutrition, helping clients address weight loss & athletic performance with realistic, science-backed strategies. Her approach blends personalized nutrition coaching, habit change & strength training to support women through all phases of life — from busy professionals to new moms & athletes.
